Is Lunara free to use?
Lunara uses a freemium model. You can download and explore the app for free, but a subscription is required to access all features and retain your data long-term. We offer monthly and yearly subscription options.
How does Lunara protect my privacy?
Privacy is core to Lunara. Your data is stored on GDPR-compliant servers in Germany. We never train AI on your personal data. Lock screen widgets and notifications are private by default. You can export or delete your data anytime.
What cycle tracking modes does Lunara support?
Lunara supports multiple cycle modes: general wellness tracking, period tracking, trying to conceive (TTC), pregnancy avoidance, irregular/PCOS cycles, and teen mode. You can switch modes anytime, and fertility content is hidden by default unless you opt in.
Can I use Lunara offline?
Lunara works offline for core features. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect. Widgets render from local cache without needing network access.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If your subscription ends, you have a 60-day grace period to renew. During this time, your data is preserved. After 60 days without renewal, your data is permanently deleted for your privacy.
Does Lunara provide medical advice?
No. Lunara is a wellness companion, not a medical app. Our insights and predictions are for informational purposes only. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
